      Description

      Story

      As a manager, I would like to be able to update the language preference of my employees. This will help to make sure that everyone can use the site effectively.

      Details

      • Add a "Select Language" option in the Employee Setup page.
      • When the manager selects a language on behalf of a user the user should notice the change when the log into the site next.
