As an admin I want to be prompted to apply a rule that is in draft mode so that I know to Apply the rule
*Notes:
This story should implement two things:
- The Apply Rules button should be active on the rule page when a rule on that page is in Draft mode
- Warn the user that navigating away from the page and a rule is Draft Mode
- Header: Unapplied Rule(s)
- Text: Not all rules have been applied, and will not be applied at this time if you leave this page.
- Button:
- Cancel - Returns the user to the page, here, they can click on the Apply Rules button
- Continue - Allows the user to leave the page, without applying the rule(s). The User can return later to apply the rule(s), or they will be applied the next time the Location Import runs (4:30 am / 4:30 pm daily)
