MXC Daily Deposit page - Display Open Cashiers message in banner rather than toast and do not allow deposit when an Open Cashier(s)exists.

Scenario - Staging /Store 00048

*PLEASE NOTE - I am using this store for testing so this data will not be available when troubleshooting this defect.* 

Business Day - 9/21/2020

Settle 2 Cashiers on the lab allowing the user to complete all Workflow up to the Deposits tab

Open a 3rd Cashier from the lab

After a few minutes look at the Cashier Settlement WF which is green - the open cashier is displayed (Karen Butler)

Click the Deposit WF menu

Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand the Cashier Summary section - Open Cashiers do not display (as expected) - Only Settled cashiers (authorized or unauthorized are displayed) 

Below as an example I have unauthorized the Operator,Generic cashier 

Re-authorize the Operator Generic cashier (turns back Green)

Defect - User is not prevented from making the deposit although there remains an open Cashier on the Lab that is evident by the Open Cashier displayed in the screen shot above on the Cashier Settlement page. 

When the lab auto closes the day this cashier will be closed by default so I will need to recreate this issue again to test in staging.
