CLONE 2018R3 - TESTING - INF-10535 - Item Maintenance - Save button is enabled although page is not 'dirty'

When clicking the Inventory Item Cost text field and simply clicking out, the Save button is enabled. At this point the system thinks the page is 'dirty' although no change has occurred.

Reproduction Steps:
Navigate to Item Maintenance in mobile (#/Administration/ItemMaintenance)
Click the Inventory Item Cost text field
Click anywhere on the page

Expected Results:
Save button should not be enabled - page is not 'dirty' 

Actual Results:
Save button is enabled
