Environment: JAT (NOTE: API is not available in testing)
Build: CFA - 21.1.0.3621
Browser: Chrome
Description: Incorrect HTTP Error Code Returned in Swagger for Store Not Configured Error

Steps:
1. Login to VPN and naviagate to http://api.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/swagger/ui/index#!/Forecasting/Forecasting_PostRegenerateForStoreOnDate
2. Enter valus for a request
Ex.

{ "storeNumber": "00198", "applyDate": "09-27-2020", "overwriteManagerEdits": true }

3. Enter access token in the Authorization field (NOTE: Bearer <TOKEN>)

Expected Result:
Error should return an HTTP 404 error

Actual Result:
Getting a 412 error
