2021.R1(S1): Monthly and Custom Counts Do NOT update UPT Quantity

Description
For testing the Recalc UPT on Stock Count, I used a 902 St. John's that was not ever in the "Import UPT Quantity" Zone and 01580 Castle Rock that was in the UPT import Zone. I configured all the count types to calculate UPT when the Stock count is applied. I successfully applied the Spot, Daily and Weekly Counts and saw the UPT values update, but the Monthly Count Apply and the Customer Count Applies for some reason, did not update the UPT Qty.

Envrionment = JAT
Store = 01640 St. John's Entity = 902

Steps
1. Navigate to store and URL
2. search for 'Honey, Packets'
3. Count 3500 items
4. Apply count
