Description: Customer Statement Report Doesn't Download to Download Center
Steps:
1. Login to MxConnect as Sys Admin through https://m.informtesting.cfahome.com/?bypass_sso=true
2. Click the Nav Menu and Click on Report Portal
3. Under Select report group select Customers
4. Under Select report select Customer Statement
5. Click Generate button and select Generate in Download Center.
6. Click on the Download Center hyperlink in the the report has been queued for download in the Download Center message
Expected Result:
User should be taken to the Download Center and report should be listed as ready to download
Actual Result:
Report is not listed for download
