2021.R1(S3): COH: Cannot add a Travel Path to Item after COH Count applied in Order

      Description

      Description After creating an order and applying one correct on Hand Item Count, If I change and update travel paths, then the new locations do not show up in the COH modal as expected (after Order page refresh)

      Steps
      1. Create an Order
      2. Select and item with a travel path and count
      3. Apply the count through the modal
      4. Add another travel path to the item
      5. Return to the COH modal

      Results: New path/location not visible

      Expected: New or removed Travel path to be visible.
