2021.R1(S3): Transfer Reason Code Translation is reverting to English

Long Description After translating the Transfer Reason code in the List Option Configuration Page, I logged in as a Spanish user and select the translated reason code, but it reverts back to English on the Transfer Receive page.

Steps
1. Log in as Spanish user, Navigate to the URL and select Spanish from the language Drop-down
2. Click the pencil icon in the Translation column to edit the Spanish Translation and Save
3. Create a transfer and navigate to the Receive Transfer store and Open Transfer page:

4. View Transfer and select a Spanish reason code for one of the items in the transfer

Results : Selected Venta exterior for Outside Sales, but reverted to outside sales --english default

Expected : The translated text to be selected and populated in reason code field.
