Server Manager - Query Mailer - Auto Start flag is not persisted when set

When setting up the Query Mailer task as a part of the deployment of 2020R4, we were unable to set the Auto Start flag via the UI, we had to set it in the database, using SQL.

Expected Result:

When adding/updated a Query Mailer task, and setting the Auto Start flag, the choice should be persisted to the database

Actual Result:

When selecting auto start, and clicking Save, the Auto Start flag is not set
