2021.R1(S3-S4): List Options Translation for Finalize Day Page - Saved in Spanish Issue

Description I took the list drop-down for Impacting Event one step further. I selected my translation as a Spanish User and then Returned to the Finalize Day page as an English user and now lost the "Saved" value on the Finalize Day page.

Steps
1. Login into JAT as aja.mitchell1 (123456) Spanish user
2. Navigate to the Finalize Day page
3. Select an Impacting Event or Day Characteristic in Spanish and Save
4. Logout and Login as an English User

Results: The translation and value are lost:

Expected: When switching users, the translations should be the same value aka tbConfigurableListOption.LIstOptionId=44, in this case I chose
"La Dia d'Helado"
