(Improvement) 2019.R1: Sales Item event UI - The % adjustment should display the Net value of the change

This is NOT a bug.  While using the Sales Item Event UI, the Adjustment shown when adding a percent adjustment = Base * 1.(%change entered in field), but this number is confusing.  The number that would make more sense is the simpler calculation of the adjustment amount. Not adjustment amount plus Base Foreast.

Adjustment = Base * Percent change  ex. Base is 100, change is 25%, the value should be 25 and not 125.  The system number often does not represent the base forecast.
