IsSuggestedItem flag doesn't update Suggested Item flag at the store level when set to Y

IsSuggestedItem flag doesn't update Suggested Item flag at the store level when set to Y.

Imported inventory item import to update IsSuggestedItem for Gravy, Mushroom Mix from N to Y (import file attached).
The flag has not changed in tbDefaultEntityItem not in tbentityitem for either entitiyids (269, 4808 or 4809). Expected behavior is that it will update the flag in both tables to Y (1 in the db).
