As an admin, I would like to migrate the "Record Waste" page.
AC
- An "Add Item" button
- A "Finish" button
2.1 "Finish" button will open modal
2.2 Model will display the total number of lines added and the Total value of items
2.3 Modal will have a date/time picker
2.4 Modal will have a "Cancel" and "Submit Adjustment" button
2.5 Clicking "Submit Adjustment" will submit the waste adjustment. (this can be confirmed on the Adjustment History page)
A page toast that says, "No items have been added to waste""Finish" button is disable if there are no items added
