MXC Inventory Counts - Vendor Item details displays Vendor Items of Vendor that is no longer associated at store

Scenario - Store 002454 in testing does a Weekly Count

Search for 'Bis'

Select Biscuit Mix

Page displays with Biscuit, Mix(1581)

Select the fa fa-list icon to the right of the variance icon 

Defect - the Current Vendor Item(s) list both MCLANE and THE MARTIN_BROWER COMPANY although MCLANE is not an active VENDOR for this store 

Notes for QA Only:

After speaking with Stacy and Caner, it seems the trigger is the DiscontinueDate on the tbVendorEntityItem record . Also, it looks like the tbVendorEntity table lists the previous vendor was 10 /MCCLANE.
