As a user, I would like to be able to search for and find items that have special characters in their name in the travel path.

Test item: Spáñish Láñguagé Itém¿¡ (9999)

The test item above exists in all JAT stores. This item is available to order in the vendor: "THE MARTIN-BROWER COMPANY". Inventory item info is available through the the correct on hand modal. The issue is that there are no search results in the travel path.

Travel Path

I can not definitively attribute this to the special characters in the title but it is my suspicion that those special characters are not supported in the "Add New Item" modal and the "Search Items" filter.
