As a user, I would like to be directed to the transfer details page when an open transfer is clicked.

Confirm
- When the user clicks on view button on the Inventory Transfer > Open Transfers grid row the user should be redirected to the transfer details page.
- Confirm that when back button (btn component should be used) is clicked the user is redirected to the open transfers page
