Sales Item Import doesn't assign items based on the country

File contained 3 items:

• 401158 item code for CA
• 401159 item code for PR
• 401160 item code wo a country code

After the file got processed through transformed package, 3 files were created as expected.
SalesItemMaster file then assigned all 3 items to all the stores in CFA Testing despite the country specified.
