      Story

      As a user, I would like to have workflow menu styled as in the existing MxC side.

      1. The workflow menu buttons have colors consistent with the current MxC site.
      2. Drop down menus appear similar (tasks cog icon and header cog icon)
      3. The pin icon is right aligned in the header
