Whenever the MMS Configuration Manager page updates the value of a configuration, the Redis Cache should be reset. There was recently an instance in JAT found during testing where a configuration was changed, but MxConnect didn't respond to the change until the Redis Cache was manually reset with Postman.
The spike is to see if this is repeatable, and under what conditions. If it is repeatable, open a story or bug to fix it.
