Transfer History - Received Order Delivery Checks popup displays time 2x for French CA & English user

When the user has localization set to French Canadian OR English and views the Delivery Checks popup for a 'Received' transfer (00198- Dec 13 - From 01919) the time displays twice. This appears to be the result of the localization since it actually works in testing. The first snapshot here is from JAT where you see 1:28pm followed by 13:28. Look directly down.

This next snap shot is from the same type of transfer and shows how it displays in the Testing environment. Note that here there is only one time stamp. The store to look at is the Transfer History of  store 01919  and the Received transfer from store 01994.
