      Description
      The Safety Stock update panel is "disabled" when I click on an item like Biscuit Mix (one with an order ratio), but I can still update the Safety Stock.

      Steps
      Navigate to a store/vendor with an order ratio item, like biscuit mix
      Create and order and place
      View the placed the order and observe that the SS Update panel is "grayed out/disabled"
      Click on the SS Update Panel
      Update Safety stock

      Expected: Should not be able to update values in a disabled panel
