2019.R1:Vendor Item Import - Fails to update the Vendor Entity Item discontinue date

The requirement for this story (CFAMX-1084)  was to update the fields that were originally populated by the Vendor Item Entity Import to be moved to the Vendor Item Import.

When we processed the attached file, the Vendor Item  discontinue date was updated, but the Vendor Entity Item discontinue date was not updated in tbVendorEntityItem.
