As a user, I would like the min/max data initially populated based on existing data.
Details
The goal of this story is to populate the min/max data when the feature goes live. We need to be able to reach into history and create min/max values based on existing data.
- Calculate previous the ordered values orders over the past 90 days.
- If there are not 10 total ordered values over the past 90 days, then use whatever we have available to seed the calculation moving forward.
