MXC - Cashier Settlement page - Drop down list of Cashier's displays English Date and time for French CA user

Using a user that is French CA localized at the employee level, login to MXC and click Daily Sales>>Cashier Settlement for store 01919 for any previous day.

Defect- the drop down list displays Time/Date in English not French. I am not sure if the POS will send French Date and Time. But after Michaels comment it would seem that we may be the ones responsible for the fix. Logging for tracking and because Michael DeBinder requested it.
