Root Cause:Waste flag was not getting updated in tbentityitem table.
Item should be set to Wasted as part of the I4.
Stores are reporting a problem were they can't mark item wasted because Maintain Inventory Items no longer exist and Item Maintenance doesn't have that functionality. We are trying to get to the root cause of why item are not being set to waste as part of the I4 process.
We believe the task Set Waste Item that runs with the I4 should be performing this action.
The Service method task runs -EntitySalesItemService.UpdateWaste_CFA
Please research to determine why items are not being set to waste as part of the I4 task set waste items.
