Confirm Button displays momentarily - duplicate delivery time and date allowed

Store: 00713 testing 

Scenario - After Creating an Order and saving the Draft Order 

User is returned to the Create Order page and Add Order button is displayed

Click Add Order

Add Order modal displays 

Click the drop down and select QCD SVCS (this is the same distributor as the saved draft order)

Select the same Distributor, Delivery Date and Cover Until - keeping the default time

Defect - As soon as Cover Until is selected the Confirm button is displayed momentarily allowing the user to click it - this is creating two orders for the same delivery date and times
