      Description

      Story

As a user, I would like the UI for the closing change fund updated so that it is easier to understand the workflow.

      Details

Some CFA operators are having trouble understanding the workflow of the Closing Change Fund. They are calling CFA support at a regular basis to get clarification. The intent of this story is to update the UI so that the workflow is more intuitive.

      1. The "Authorize" button is updated to an "Actions" button with two options:
        1. "Authorize" - Disabled until the user has entered a comment and added a cashier to the over/short
        2. "Return to Closing Change Fund" (This update is not reflected in the wireframe) - Always enabled. Takes the user back to the previous Closing Change Fund page.
      2. Inline "Show Closing Change Fund" button is renamed "Return to Closing Change Fund". (No functionality changes)
      3. The "Assign Variance to Cashier" option is reordered above the Comments section and below the over/short section. (Note: This location is at the request of CFA and is not reflected in the wireframe)
      4. Comments are highlighted in Red if the user input field is blank
      5. Assign Variance to Cashier dropdown is highlighted in red until the user chooses a cashier.
