Request Directly From CFA

We'd like the ability to run a report on stores in the suggested count cycle counting zone to indicate which items were user edited and which accepted the system count. This, for now, is just a corporate facing report for staff members involved in the project. We'd like this report ideally to be run in two ways: By item or by Store.

Store: A report of all items counted in a monthly count at a specific store, sorted by items that were counted by accepting the system on hand and items that were manually altered

By Item: Select a specific inventory item and show the count value at all stores in the suggested count zone that counted the item, then indicate whether it was user edited or counted by accepting the system value.

We'd like this report in a csv an excel format so staff can download and manipulate data. There is no need for a pdf version of this report.

The idea for the report by item is to include:

• The store number
• The last time the item was counted with suggested count
• The suggested count value
• The value when the count was submitted
• If the count was edited by the user

The idea for the report by store is to include

• The item that was counted using the suggested count feature
• The last time the count was submitted using suggested count. (This date will always be the same)
• The suggested count value
• The value when the count was submitted
• if the count was edited by the user

We would not show items that weren't counted using suggested count or locations that have never counted using suggested count.
