As a developer, I want to add a new router guard that is responsible for checking the 'dirty' state of a page before allowing the page to be navigated away from.

- A notification is shown if there are changes to a page and user user tries to navigate away before these are persisted
- A text box is available on the mobile 2 test page
- A modal displays if you make modifications and leave the page - log out, change page to another mxconnect section, or back button on browser
