      As a user, I would like the min/max warning to align with the input field.

      1. The text for the warning in ordering for Min/Max says: Updated 2/24
        1. Order Quantity Seems Excessively Low
        2. Order Quantity Seems Excessively High
      2. For items that are not suggested, the text below the field should be rearranged.
        1. The "Item not suggested" should remain where it is
        2. The warning text should be right below the "Item not suggested" text discussed the change in sprint Planning - updated 2/16/2021
      3. This UI change should only happen when there is an item over/under the max/min
