Story
As a user of InFORM, I would like to be redirected to Mobile 2 if my store is configured to use Mobile 2. Otherwise, it should still redirect me to the old Mobile today.
Details
A configuration should be added for enabling Mobile 2 re-routing, and this configuration should be applied to the stores via configuration templates.

Acceptance Criteria
- Add a new configuration
- If SSO is enabled and the configuration is turned on for a store, all the users should be redirected to the new mobile (Mobile 2) site.
- If SSO is enabled and the configuration is NOT turned on for a store, all the users should be redirected to the old mobile (MXC) site.
- If SSO is not enabled, the user should be redirected to the typed URL.
