      Story

      As a user, I would like to have workflow menu pinning functionality implemented in the splash page as it is in the other pages

      Confirm in the Splash Page

      1. The workflow menu has a pin icon in the header that can be toggled with different animations.
      2. Pinning and unpinning shows and hides the menu side tab
      3. Side tab shows and hides the workflow menu
      4. Save the pin state to the user settings in MobileSettings
