As an operator I want Custom Named Counts to be applied in the same way that other counts are applied so that they are seamless to me

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that Custom Named Counts can be Applied in the same way that other Counts are Applied
- Finish Count modal is displayed
- Clicking on submit, submits/applies the count at the time selected
- Any events triggered by Spot/Daily count types, should also be triggered by Custom Named Counts
- Finish Count modal is displayed
