Multiple restaurants unable to correct on hand in order

Description

When creating order stores are unable to do a correct on hand. 
Environment : PROD
Store : Example 02425, Multiple Stores
 Steps
1. Navigate to the Store
2. Navigate to URL https://inform.cfahome.com/mms_logon.aspx?bypass_sso=true
3. Menu > Order Management > Create Order > Select an item to correct on hand
 
Results : (The requested operation failed) 

Expected : To update correct on hand without error
