      Description
      When you run the report for the first time through the Mobile UI, in Excel, the text "Message" displays with NO Report Data.

      Environment
      Browser - Chrome
      User: Systemadmin
      JAT Build CFA - 21.3.0.4027

      Steps
      1. Navigate to the Mobile->Reports->Reports Portal
      2. Select the Admin Group and the Suggested Count Usage Report: By Store
      3. Select Store Avalon for the default of last 90 days
      4. Click Generate and the Excel Format
      Note : Works the second time

      Results:
      "Message"

      Expected:
      Report To generate in .xls
