As a user, I would like the "No Cashier" option removed from the list of cashiers in the the "Assign Variance to Cashier" drop down.
Details
The "No Cashier" option is a bit of legacy functionality from a time when the workflow was arranged differently. As such, we no longer need it and it could cause issues when Paid Ins/Paid Outs are generated through the closing change fund process.
