2021.R4(S1):Vendor Item Import - Does not persist NULL to inner stock take counting unit

Description
When I increase/update the size of the of the purchase unit in the Vendor Item import and the item has no inner value (stock take inner), the Vendor Entity Item nor Entity Item Stock Take Unit 2ID update to NULL. See AC #1b of CFAMX-13934

Environment: JAT, Build CFA - 21.4.0.4049
Steps

1. Set Stock Take Inner of an item with the lower purchase unit to some inner value Note: Update the attached files to set and reset the data
2. Import to update the same item with a larger purchase unit (this is what forces the change to the inner unit)
3. Make sure the inner value of the above file is empty/NULL
4. Process the file on the test environment
   Results
   The vei.stocktakeunit2ID nor ei.stocktakeunit2ID update to NULL
   Expected Results
   vei.stocktakeunit2ID and ei.stocktakeunit2ID should update to NULL
