As an admin, I would like a section in store reports that is specifically for users with permission to access it.

Details

CFA has asked us to create a couple reports that are not available to the general user base. The goal of this story is to create an ADMIN report group that can only be accessed by users with the proper permission enabled.

• Create a security item in the "Mobile" section to enable and disable this reports group and all the upcoming reports within.
  • Perm name - "Reporting - Admin Reports - Can Access"
  • Users with permission to view the Admin section will have permission to see all the reports under admin. The details for these reports are TBD.

1. A new user permission is created (defined above) to enable and disable the "Admin" report group.
2. When the permission is enabled, the user has access to the "Admin" report group in the "Select Report Group". dropdown.
   1. The "Admin" report group is the top option in the "Select Reports Group" dropdown.
3. Users who do not have this permission enabled do not have access to the Admin menu group in the "Select Report Group" dropdown.
