      Expected Result

After creating a new Task in the Web Services Tab, I should be able to view that task without Server Manager throwing an error.

      Actual Result

      Steps that I took

      • Created a new Web Service task
      • The task did not show in Server Manager
      • I rebooted SM
      • The task still did not show
      • I found that in tbTaskName, the InstanceNo was set to -1
        • I updated this to be 1, via the database
        • select * from tbTaskName with(nolock)
          where TaskNameId = 605

          select * from tbTaskWebService
          where TaskNameId = 605

          select * from tbZone
          where zoneid = 936

      • It still didn't show
      • I again cleared SM Cache and rebooted
      • The task was now available for selection
        • Note: I was able to manually run the task from the status page, and it did as expected
        • I have also scheduled to task to run overnight
      • Note I managed to resolve this
        • ForecastingOffsetDays was set to -1, in tbTaskWebService
      • Selecting the task results in the following error
