      Informational Toast Text: “A cashier must be selected to assign variance and a comment must be entered to authorize closing change fund tab”

      1. An new informational toast is present at the top of the 2nd state of the closing change fund page.
        1. Toast Text:
          1. A cashier must be selected to assign variance and a comment must be entered to authorize closing change fund tab
      2. The toast is on the page when "Authorize" is inactive.
      3. The toast disappears when "Authorize" active.
