As a user, I would like to be able to decide the language of the auto notifications that are sent to the store user. This will help me to understand the important information therein.

- A new language dropdown is created in "Settings > Store Settings > Notification".
- Dropdown is above the list of notifications that can be enabled/disabled.
- Label: "Email Notification Default Language"
- Default to "Blank" (No Selection)
- Dropdown list includes all supported languages
- Label is localizable
