      Story

      As a user, I would like to be able to decide the language of the auto notifications that are sent to the store user. This will help me to understand the important information therein.

      Confirm

      1. A new language dropdown is created in "Settings > Store Settings > Notification".
      2. Dropdown is above the list of notifications that can be enabled/disabled.
      3. Label: "Email Notification Default Language"
      4. Default to "Blank" (No Selection)
      5. Dropdown list includes all supported languages
      6. Label is localizable
