As an admin, I would like this notification to be refactored so that a translated version can be sent to store contacts.

Asad did research to determine what auto notifications were triggered by what methods. See CFAMX-14537.
One of the 8 MVP system-generated auto notifications uses type: Data Import Success. Asad refactored all of the other notification types for the MVP group but this one still needs work.

- Notifications of the type "Data Export Success" can be translated and versioned.
- The translated versions are sent correctly based on the notification "Language" configuration and the matching "Email Notification Default Language" store config.
