      Description

      Story

      As a user, I would like Sundays disabled in the date picker so that I cannot select them.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. All Sundays are disabled and not selectable in the date range picker.
      2. The user can still pick a range that includes a disabled Sunday or disabled Sundays.
      3. If today is Sunday, the "Today" option is disabled in the "Date Range" dropdown.
        1. If "Today" is selected and disabled, then the "Export" button is disabled. (This is needed because "Today" is the default option)
          1. The Export button is enabled once the user changes the selection off of Today. Either to "Yesterday" or a valid custom date range.
      4. If today is Monday, the "Yesterday" option is disabled in the "Date Range" dropdown.
        1. If the "Yesterday" option is disabled, then the Yesterday option is not selectable.
      5. Files for "Sunday" are not sent to the download center or the "Default" FTP location.

      Note: This feature only applies to exports that create a file per day. If there are exports that include multiple days within one file, we do not expect those to change as a result of this story
