Items over max allocation shows all items when one item is over

Description

Messaging is missing "quantity must be equal to or under the allocation amount''.  When one item is over max allocation all items appear when you hit the button "items over max allocation"
Environment : PROD
Store : All example store 03035
 

 Steps

1. Navigate to https://inform.cfahome.com/mms_logon.aspx?bypass_sso=true

2. Menu > Order Management > Create New order

3. Fruit Mandarin Oranges quantity of 5

 
Results : Messaging is missing "quantity must be equal to or under the allocation amount''

Expected : For the message of "quantity must be equal to or under the allocation amount'' to appear when allocation amount is exceeded

If a restaurant tries to place an order with any item quantity over remaining allocation quantity, they receive a message to review 'Items Over Max Allocation'. If they click this button, InFORM is filtering to all items on allocation, not the items over max allocation. THere is nothing to indicate which items are over allocation, so restaurants are confused and think EVERY item is over allocation.
