Report Portal Dropdowns are Not Reflecting the Language Selected (Spanish)

Steps:
1. Login as user
2. Click the navigation menu
3. Click Informes
4. Click informe del portal
5. Click the Dropdown Elija un grupo de informes and the dropdown of Seleccione el informe

Expected Result:
Dropdown should reflect the language selected by the user (Spanish)

Actual Result:
Dropdown is still showing in English
