Clicking on the same Report Group dropdown twice causes the Select Report dropdown to appear blank. Repeatedly double-clicking a Report Group causes the Select Report Dropdown to get stuck on one report

Steps:
1. Login as user
2. Click the navigation menu
3. Click Informes
4. Click informe del portal
5. Click the Dropdown Elija un grupo de informes and select Informes de la tienda
6. Click the Report Group Informes de la tienda again
7. Click through each Report Group twice

Expected Result:
Selecting a Report Group should default to the 1st report from the Report Group

Actual Result:
Selecting each Report Group twice causes the Select Report dropdown to appear blank. Repeatedly selecting different Report groups causes a Single report to be stuck regardless of the report group selected
