Remove transfers functionality entirely for Canadian Restaurants (workflow task and left-nav) - INF-10152

      Description

      Store in Canada will not be using the Transfer functionality within InFORM, therefore we need to remove access to transfers within MMS and MxC

      As a user of a Canadian location, all Transfers functionality should be hidden.
      -Remove Transfers task from Workflow
      -Remove Transfers pages from MMS left-nav
      -Remove Transfers pages from MxC left-nav
