We need to do update the Maintenance service to perform the following:
- Create a new table, tbCFAMessage_SwitchTarget
- Update Maintenance service to move the records from tbCFAMessage to tbCFAMessage_SwitchTarget every day at 12 am UTC.
- Cleanup tbCFAMessage_SwitchTarget after a certain amount of time
Gareth Leibbrandt: The goal of this story is to ensure that tbCFAMessage doesn't get too bloated. After X number of days, the 'Maintenance' service will move the records from tbCFAMessage to tbCFAMessage_SwitchTarget. Then (I think) after a certain amount of days, tbCFAMessage_SwitchTarget is then cleaned out
